Four Strokes Made Easy

...with Terry Laughlin

Swimming how-to video: Four Strokes Made Easy by Terry Laughlin 5_bulb Review this video!

This is the first-ever video to identify the key movements and rhythms that link the two long-axis strokes (freestyle and backstroke) and those that unify the two short-axis strokes (breaststroke and butterfly). This unique approach - learning the essentials of two strokes at once - cuts learning time significantly and produces improvement with unprecedented ease and speed. We guarantee it will prove to be one of the most valuable swim-improvement tools you can own.

Great video for experienced swimmers who want to improve their stroke. This video really shows how related the strokes really are. Great drills which really build on each other. For novice swimmers, Happy Laps is a better intial choice.

I enjoyed watching the step by step undulation progression of the butterfly and breaststroke exercises on this DVD. I think this DVD is probably worth owning if you want to learn these strokes. I watched the first part of the freestyle exercises and I think it is basically the same idea as the Total Immersion DVD (which I have), so I didn't watch the rest.

I like this DVD very much. Great for people that want to refine their swimming form. I am about to start swimming for my daily exercise as my hips are bothering me. Great instruction and easy to understand.
