Very good video. There is a section that explains some basics about hammer trigger interactions which was very informative (positive, neutural and negative sear engagement). After viewing, I believe that I could sucessfully perform a 10/22 trigger job. Without the information provided in this CD, my chances of sucessfully performing a trigger job would be very low. DAF

I was feeling generous and gave it 2/5 stars. The DVD spent 45 minutes with commercials for other AGI products and profiles of AGI "personalities" and 15 minutes for stoning the sear. Save your money and get a different video. All the information in the video can be easily found on the web. Further options, such as replacement with Volquartsen hammer,Power Custom hammer, buffers, a bolt catch, or a mag catch were not mentioned at all. I have enjoyed other AGI videos that were presented by Bob Dunlap, but this one was a real disappointment. It would have been better to review some of the more popular options that are currently used to make a 10/22 a target rifle or just improving function.

After viewing this video I was still not able to do a competent trigger job on my Ruger 10/22. Maybe someone more experience or a gunsmith would be more able to use the information on the video. I think an inexperienced person can easily buy an aftermarket hammer/sear/springs/etc and not take the change of messing up your stock trigger parts.

Informative and interesting, but not what I had hoped. If you're interested in doing the trigger on the 10/22 then get it and study it as it may be worth your while. Leonard
