Alright, thus far I have rented about 8 videos from this fine site and I must say that this dvd was my first dud. The title of this video should be "Get shot, but look snazzy while doing so". I assumed I would be getting a wealth of dryfire drills and assorted other "away from the range" practical drills for the AR. Instead, what I got was something that seemed to be akin to yoga/pilates with an AR-15. I kid you not. There are sections on doing crunches with the ar, biceps curls with the Ar-15 and other assorted madness. If I was interested in that I would have whipped out my old Tae Bo tapes (you work up a better sweat). I am really dissapointed in this DVD. So much so that I will most likely not touch anything with the maker in it. BICEP CURLS PEOPLE!?!?! Wow, I don't know what to say. This should be air dropped to our enemies in the hopes that they will actually use the stuff in this video -hence making combat against them that much easier. :) Harsh. The sound quality was nice however, and the accessories section was alright.
This video is actually half usable, half comedy. The title is VERY accurate, for about half of the video Lenny shows you a good number of techniques to improve your response time deploying an AR. The other half of the video Lenny shows you how to physically work out with the AR (I know the last time I took my AR to the gym, things didn't work out so well...). Actually, even that part was not bad, very funny though. I admit, I unloaded one of my ARs and started rolling around on the floor too. Not a bad video, especially if you need a good laugh.
