Had some good basic generic tips and techniques, but is primarily oriented to modern, light, fast, fin keel design boats, rather than to all offshore boats in general.
The majority of the content is probably of more benefit to racers rather than cruisers.
Techniques discussed were just general overviews rather than specific demonstrations.
Lin and Larry Pardey have an excellent heavy weather video.
One of the better heavy weather sailing instructional videos. Far greater in scope and content than the Pardy video.
