This video seems to be a good introduction to picture framing, but the quality of the video is so low that it is almost painful to watch. It appears to be a low quality recording that was transferred from VHS to DVD. I put it on a notebook computer to watch to see if the image seemed crisper but it didn't help.
I love Vivian Kistler and enjoy the great information that she gives however, this video did not offer any specific information about cutting or joining a frame. The information was indeed very basic.
Not really what I wanted, which was a video on choosing molding and cutting and joining for an oil painting frame.
