Product availability: very long wait
Not particularly good for beginners. I wouldn't say this was ultimate.
Good video in the fact that it gives an insight as to various lifecasting processes. However, I would say that most of the techniques would be a little more advanced for a person just starting out for the first time. For example, doing a full body casting the way it was shown looks like it may be almost impossible to do unless you had a professional crew and a super large workplace. Also, some of the processes did not show all of the final results or the completed model after completion of the casting. There are easier ways to get a life casting of a pregnant woman than the way it was shown. Simpler methods could have been included for the beginner.
This is a really good video even if you are interested only in passing about the idea of casting a face or a body. The video shows an important point - extensive preparation is essential. It clearly demonstrates the many (very many) considerations and tricks necessary for a successful casting. Highly recommended.
