This is an excellent video. The presentation is basic, complete, and well-rehearsed. The presenter's voice and speech clear and well-articulated. The camera work is definitely professional grade. It has been a while since I saw it. I seem to recall that at some point there was a minor sound problem. Visits by his dog and his very young child were handled with professional poise.

I made the beer (an American Pale Ale) and it was very good.

This video has my highest recommendation.

I am seriously interterested in brewing Millet beer and this video provided me with some insights, but they were difficult to get.

This is a foreign language film with some English. I had to view it probably six times, making notes, and correcting those notes because the brewer is a native Nigerian speaker and the narrator is speaking in both Nigerian and English with English subtitles. To make it more difficult they use Nigerian brewing terms rather than English brewing terms such as mash, sparge, and wort.

This video is, however, the only place to start if you are interested in brewing millet beer. The camera work is very good and the village atmosphere is intriguing.

I recommend it, but only to those interested enough in brewing millet beer to be willing to make the effort to understand it.
