This author wasted too much time during the first 30 minutes promoting how to get an accurate price quote from his site. I assume this production was more of a sales effort than a technical production that could assist the homeowner who wants to tackle this type of project. There appears to be a 30 minute addition to the end of the demo that is weakened by bad lighting and the lack of a "hands on" project. Pointing and describing what you should do is not a substitute for an actual window replacement project. Also - the on-site window replacement project is based on California window design and not typical of Mid-West and East Coast residential construction. There must be better examples of instructional DVDs that cover this subject...

Good lighting & sound quality. Surprising few specialized tools required to get this type or work done. I doubt that most of us would attempt to re-build a unit in the garage...the author could have spent more time explaining what some of the interior components do to make the transmission function or point out how the observed wear-and-tear on some of the internal parts might cause any transmission unit to either fail or malfunction...Overall - a very good DVD that out to instill come confidence to get your transmission ( and car ) back on the road...

I thought twice about renting this title based on the other comments posted - and they were right, only the last few minutes had any technique at all.
Anyway, "Flash" in his white jump suit was entertaining...
