Very easy to understand, good demonstrations that show progression of exercises for the dog - I can and have set up some of the exercises at home and it is really helping. Stacy explains it well, and includes what to do if the dog does 'not get it' right away.
this video has a good explanation of the basics of his system - I rented it for the directionals and it helped.
