East Indian Rosewood hollow form

Description: My latest hollow form vessel turned from East Indian Rosewood with an African Blackwood lid and finial. The piece is 5-5/8" high by 5-1/2" wide.

Thanks for the kind words, folks. I'm certainly no pro at photography but I'm having fun learning. This was shot in a photo tent with two light sources and a graduated backdrop curved up the back.

The smaller one fit my 30" tent after a bit of trimming. They're expensive but worth it IMO.

Like you I also use lights in cheap reflectors from Lowes. In my case the lights are 5100K compact fluorescents. They make it relatively easy to set white balance on my camera.
