Dan Erlewine has a tendency to ramble a bit in his videos, but his instructions are very clear as to how to do a fret job. If you follow his very systematic approach, including practicing on "garage sale" guitars, you should have no problems. My first fret job turned out well. With the purchase of a fret press, I think my next fret job will be great.

I previously rented his neck reset video and although it is more complicated than doing a fret job, it was interesting and educational.
