Not much of a video in my opinion. I knew that much about fighting before i got out of Jr. High. I suppose it would help someone who has never fought at least once before.
Interesting piece and strong guys. Sort of shoddy production though.
Great informative DVD. Well worth the time to watch and practice the drills.
Very good visual descriptions in this, however, without the exercise routine template that you would get if you bought the dvd instead of renting it, the viewer is still left to piece together a workout on there own.
