This video is very basic, as far as mountain bike tricks. The explanation, and camera angles are excellent. Very short video, no advanced tricks. Decent video, I did learn a bit from it.
Very good basics video. I have never run a lathe before. I suspect if you have any experience in metalworking/latheing, this video wouldn't be so helpful. Ive definitely learned a lot, although I think I started to nod off when he was machining the large chunk of steel. I'm probably going to get the follow up video (threading)
