I have zero experience with a mill, much less how to run one. The video was very straightforward, showing exactly how to set up a mill for various cuts. The project included with the DVD was how to make a flycutter, using the machine. All the various steps necessary were shown. This was quite helpful to demonstrate how the mill works, rather than simply showing the different parts of the machine. For a beginner like me, I would highly recommend viewing this video for an introduction to mill operation.
