I'm in the processing of buying a new home. This DVD is very helpful for things to look out for, and it's also helpful for getting the feel for how well maintained a house is.
Mini "you can do it" skills that aren't particularly useful, but hey its "just that simple"
Not knowing what TIG Welding was before seeing this video; I feel that I now understand enough to try test welding.
Low quality. Often repeated segments. Seemingly unscripted.
Low budget. Unscripted. Poor quality. I don't recommend.
