Great DVD for casual mechanic. Had some very good examples of what to look for when rebuilding the transmission. A little fast paced because so much information was covered. I rented the DVD just for my own education, but if I were to actually use the DVD for a rebuild, I would have my laptop in the garage and the "pause" and "rewind" buttons handy. Would recommend to anyone.
