This has got to be the best video on the 7x10 or similar lathe I ever saw. Jose communicates well and the video seems to be professionally done. If you have to get only one video on using a hobby lathe, this is it. The threading explanation and demonstration is excellent. I'm not afraid of threading anymore. I'm looking forward to renting more of Jose's videos.
Content was a 5, but copy hung during playback so I gave it a 4. Even though the flick is 1987 vintage and not digitally remastered, I learned a lot from it. The last part which demonstrates 4 different progressives was especially good. It gave you a good idea of which ones were more complicated to use. This part also made a case for starting out with a single stage and moving up as you gain more experience. There is a lot going on with every pull of the progressive lever. Lots of chances to have powder all over the floor cause you forgot to prime or stick a bullet in at the right time.
