Helpful as another Glock disassembly video but I prefer 'Making Glocks Rock' as it is more complete and is all in all a better video production.
This is the best of the lot of Glock Armorer's video courses. It covers all the right stuff and includes an excellent section in aftermarked modifications and installation including sights, polished trigger bar, etc. and explains why each is helpful/harmful. Highly recommend this video as probably the most complete and overall best.
This is the only XD video that I'm aware of and I suppose it does what it is supposed to do, which is to give demonstration of the disassembly and reassembly of the XD. However, Lenny Magill isn't very adept and struggles with some of the techniques which diminished his credibility as an instructor. The videography is not particularly good either, with a lot of camera angle shifts, erroneous focus points, etc., although it is a good quality picture. That being said, it is still worth a view if you want to get a look at the procedures involved with the XD assembly, which seems to be a little more technically difficult than Glock, for example.
