Basic information. But a good pace and presentation. You'll need a good book.
This dvd covers most of the basics of T-SQL. Not a lot of details, but it is a good start. I think it is best for someone that has had previous experience with T-Sql. Good examples and the video quality, presentation, etc is actually pretty good.
