This first volume of the Encyclopedia of Kettlebell Lifting is well worth a look. I just started with a 16 kg (35 lbs) kettlebell and this set of simple swings was just what I needed to get started.
Now that I've started, I found those proverbial muscles in places I didn't know I had. It's a great workout that combines strenght training and aerobics, and it's economical of time.
