You really have to get past the dated look of the clothes and the hair and listen to what Dean has to say. Once you do that, you are in for some great information.

Unfortunately, this video is more about how he uses his park, and not a lot of information about how it was constructed, or how to build your own. i was hoping for a lot of overviews and layouts, but there are very few and far between.
