If you've never used a TIG welder at all, this would be a really good video to watch. However, they didn't talk much about choosing settings for the welder -- things like pulse shape, etc.
If you've done a little TIG welding already, this probably won't teach you much.
If you are already good at TIG welding, this might not teach you much, but after all it is titled "Basics", and I thought it was a great video for discussing the basics of TIG welding. They showed him run several beads, and he does a good job explaining what he is doing.
I also watched the Weldpro video, and this one was much better.
