This instructional dvd is just the thing if you have a shaper, but don't know what to make on it. This dvd show you how to make six practical projects that can be used in your home machinist shop. Rudy will show you the tools, techniques, and the results of the finished projects. I would highly recommend this to anyone with a shaper or the desire to obtain a shaper.

I would highly recommend this instructional dvd to anyone with a shaper and anyone who is considering buying a shaper. Rudy is a master at what he does and makes it very easy to understand what he is telling you. The quality of the dvd is not as good as factory produced, instuctional dvd's, but you can still see and understand what he is doing and telling you. In this age of CNC machines, there are not many true professionals left that you can learn the shaper operations from. Most of the books that are available were written and printed over 60 years ago. I learned how to operate my shaper by reading most of these old books, but there is nothing like seeing the machine in operation. I would rate this dvd a five, even though Rudy seems to slowly drag-on what he is teaching you. You may be tempted to fast-forward certain parts, but my advise is "don't." You may miss that one important word that may mean the success or failure of your project.
