Video: Vacuum Infusion Process 'Lite'

I have been involved in several facets of plastic part manufacturing, but fiberglass lay-up is new to me. For the larger projects, I can not see hand applying glass cloth and resins for anything as large or larger than the Dingy featured in this video. I have seen tooling for checking the shape of a helicopter being hand laid in the early 1980's. What a laboreous process. This process, along with vacuum bagging, is amazing as the resin flows through the dry cloth contained by the vacuum bag.

The cost for this DVD may seem high at first, but the content, including tips and estimates, for the equipment to perform the process pays for the rental immediately. My wife had no idea what I have been babbling about with fiberglass work and she was blown away at the film quality, let alone the content.
