It has a bit of good information, but it is very hard to watch. The guy drags every step out and repeats himself way too much. I had to keep skipping sections to keep him from driving me insane.
Very helpful. A lot of good info in here. The two helmets he shows how to do were very cool.
Very good video. A little short but simple and to the point. I learned a lot from it.
