Elizabeth is an icon. Any book or DVD of hers is worth reading or seeing. Every time I see one of her DVDs I learn something new.

If you don't have the time to take classes this dvd will teach you what you need to know. The DVD is fully indexed, so it is possible to select any section you wish to watch, or you can just watch it straight through. Either way it's a great watch.
