Video: Happy Laps

I enjoyed the DVD and have been able to apply the techniques that were demonstrated with little effort. I would highly recommend this DVD to those who are afraid of the water and want to progress at their own pace.

The angles and camera shot under the water were excellent. I look forward to renting other videos from you.

Great follow-up to Happy Laps DVD. This video helped me understand and perfect stroke techniques. Good views on propelling and body line up. I highly recommend this DVD to anyone who wants to see and self teach themself with or without a buddy/coach.
