This video was part of a series of six or seven videos about sculpture...The one that came first was using armatures which was appropriate if you plan on doing figures that should be supported..The demonstrations were excellent and easy to follow...I learned alot from viewing this video...can't wait to get the rest of the series.
Very good video but a little too drawn out...could use more explanation of techniques and hints other than just watching the artist work....I learned quite a bit..
Misha shows good techniques, but she tends to be too drawn out in her modeling. It get a little boring watching in real time.
Shows the complete process of making the mold and body of the character. A little jumpy in spots due to poor editing, but the information is very valuable and clearly illustrated. A good source of information.

Great video! Instructions for the various aspects of special effects were clear, concise, and very easy to understand. You can't find this information easily and this two part video does a great job of explaining how to do different effect.One of the best videos I have rented!
Excellent! The best instructional video I have seen showing sculpturing techniques. I especially like the way everything is broken down into stages. You learn how to sculpt each feature of the face step by step in a very clear manner that inspires you to start working on your own project.
Good video in the fact that it gives an insight as to various lifecasting processes. However, I would say that most of the techniques would be a little more advanced for a person just starting out for the first time. For example, doing a full body casting the way it was shown looks like it may be almost impossible to do unless you had a professional crew and a super large workplace. Also, some of the processes did not show all of the final results or the completed model after completion of the casting. There are easier ways to get a life casting of a pregnant woman than the way it was shown. Simpler methods could have been included for the beginner.

Good video with lots of information. However, it appears to be part of a series of maybe two videos with this being Part 2. I would have liked to see how he reached the stage he began at in this video.

This video was clear and easy to understand....The content concerning painting was a little drawn out and could have been condensed to move the video along at a better pace...However, the information demonstrated was very well done. I would recommend this video to anyone interested in making Halloween props.
