I'll give it one star just for the nail in the hole technique, but even then I'm not convinced it's a good practice. Here I'll give it to you all so you don't have to rent the vid. If you're filling a hole, stick a nail through it pointy side out, and weld the nail head to the metal, then grind it down. The vid was wayyyy too short. After watching Paintucation, Metal Prep and Rust Repair(an AMAZING video, nobody can say he doesn't know his stuff), watching this vid you realize how half assed his work really is. Slightly better than your average shadetree mechanic. Don't waste your time or money on this one.
All I know about sewing is what I've learned from books and practice. This tape has been great to fill in the gaps and tells you some great stuff. If you're new to sewing as well , this is totally worth getting, lots of practical advice the books don't tell you but are important!
Merv is a nice, 74 year old gentleman doing these videos by himself. Expect production quality to be very basic. He's a little plodding and I wish it were a little more in depth in different areas.
