This was a good and useful introduction to PBasic and Basic Stamps. I would recommend it for electronic hobbyists and people who are interested trying out electronics as a hobby.
This video was difficult to get through. It was tedious. The instructor tries too hard to be interesting and to make the subject matter entertaining.
This was an excellent video. The author discusses how to chrome plate pot metal, aluminum, and steel, and at the end of the 1-hour video, he recaps and summarizes each one. His own plating shop is filmed in enough detail to be an example for your own. The author packs a lot of detail into 1 hour. This video was well worth the rental price.
Of the DVDs that I have rented here, this is by far the best. The material is well organized and well presented. The welder knows what he's talking about, speaks clearly and uses good grammar, and makes an interesting presentation. The video uses professional graphics to help make the points and is very informative without getting too technical.
