Of all the turning viedos I own and have seen this is the best one. Why? Because, alot of this viedo is shot from an angle looking over David's shoulder. You feel like you are looking thru David's eyes at the work. You get to see the angle that he is holding the gouge at relative to the work thru David's eyes.

After I took a 3 day class with David Ellsworth at his home in PA I took this viedo home and watched it over and over every time something did not go right in my shop. I now feel like I have really mastered David's gouge.

David is a great instructor and this is the best of his viedos.
