This video is alright as its the only game in town as far as fly press videos go ( that I am aware of at least) he shows a couple of basic operations, basic tooling etc. almost no time is spent dealing with the issue of lead screw pitch( distance of ram travel per revolution of flywheel/swing arm), there is very little to no mention of machine tonage or capacity, also there is no punching or swaging demo. I did like his torch spot heating system aka the "dragon".
