These two video's are absolutely the worst video's that I have ever seen. This guy comes across as a hack and does nothing special that anybody cant go to a decent paintstore with knowledgable employee's to get you to do this stuff. He contridicts himself many times and also cusses in these video's which dont bother me but it just goes to show how unprofessional this is and only mentioned using a respirator once and that was before shooting clear which I figured he would not use it for that either.

I would not and do not recommend any of the video's by this guy as I can not see any of them being better then these which are not worth the money what so ever. As far as I am concerned people like this put a black eye on this business and quality video's. I highly recommend sticking with the video's by well known artists like Mike Learn, Craig Fraser, Vince Goodeve, etc...

I've rented this video before and I thought it was one of the best video's that I've ever seen! John G stated that Vince's freehand control and work were very poor but I think John is just jealous or something because you don't win VQ Painter of the Year for having poor quality work! This video has something for everyone from new painters to experienced it just depends on how you look at it as to what you get. If you're just watching it to see him do a cool project you're not going to get much from it but if you're watching to see how he does a cool project and go back to replay certain parts because something caught your eye you will learn a lot! Watching someone do something whether in person or on a video with open eye's and a closed mind will not teach you much of anything!

This is not a 5 star video it is at least 8 or 9 star video! I've taught classes and have had people ask me which video's to rent/buy to help learn this wonderful art and this is one of the top 5 on my list!!!
