A very worthy video if you're planning on getting a 4x5 camera. Title aside, this is primarily a video on cameras in general and the 4x5 in particular. The tips pertaining directly to the photography of artwork are quite sparse.
Worth every penny! Tage Frid (1915 - 2004) is the consumate old-master in this video. You'll learn a lot watching him, but don't expect a step-by-step "PowerPoint" style presentation. It's much more like you're in his shop with him and he's just talking while he works. Watch this guy sharpen his chisels and scrapers and you'll wonder why you ever bought all those fancy jigs...he uses none of them and does just fine thank you. It is a joy to watch a master craftsman working.
Very Good. This video will take you from zero to ready to make one in short order.
Hint: the "work" is in making a good form. If you've got basic carpentry skills you're already half-way there.
He does not specifically cover poured-in-place countertops if that's what you're looking for, but most of his topics still apply.
