In hindsight, I would give this "instructional" DVD a pass. This video was chock full of generalizations with very little in the way of practice tips. It is also all of 46 minutes long.
The visuals are a little on the trippy/cheezy side, however, this is a solid instructional DVD. This video covers a considerable amount of information in an intuitive way. I found this to be very helpful.
This is a very good instructional video with plenty of practical tips. It was was very helpful on the how-to part (which I expected) but this video had some very good information about selection of fiberglass cloth and resin. There are much better materials to work with than the stuff found at the local auto parts store!
This video was extremely helpful in demystifying the wonderful world of fiberglass. I recommend this highly.
I also recommend NOT wearing shorts while sanding fiberglass projects. Don't ask how I know ...
