Answer: First of all: we apologize, and we will solve your problem - we'll get a new copy out to you ASAP. To do that: go to your Order History, then follow the instructions at the top of the page.

4) Where do you ship to?

Answer: We ship to all US and Canadian addresses, including Puerto Rico, APO and AE addresses. Unfortunately, we do not ship to any other locations.
